Welcome to HYPRR, a product of BeachBox Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in the United States on May 2, 2025 (Entity ID: 2025-001670363), with its principal office located at 2382 Greeson Road, Statham, GA 30666, and registered agent address at 1023 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HYPRR platform—accessible via our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Our Role

1.1 Third-Party Platform Only

HYPRR facilitates transactions for:

• Event admission tickets
• Venue food and beverage
• Merchandise and digital products

We do not host, produce, manage, or operate any events. HYPRR acts solely as a third-party technology provider.

1.2 No Agency Relationship

When you make a purchase via HYPRR, you enter into a direct commercial relationship with the Organizer. HYPRR is not a party to that transaction and bears no responsibility for fulfillment, disputes, or refunds.

1.3 Refunds and Sales Responsibility

All refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and post-sale matters are the sole responsibility of the Organizer. HYPRR facilitates transactions but does not control event delivery, service quality, or refund eligibility.

2. Customer Obligations

You agree to comply with all terms and policies set by the event Organizer, venue, and third-party vendors. This includes age restrictions, entry requirements, health and safety protocols, and conduct rules.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD and may include taxes, fees, and third-party charges. HYPRR does not store payment information. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

4. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on the Platform. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by BeachBox Ventures LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HYPRR and BeachBox Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions facilitated through it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYPRR, BeachBox Ventures LLC, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
